the ride height btwn stock sport suspension (all GT-S come with this) and non sport suspension are almost identical but the sport suspension is stiffer.

the spring rate (or stiffness) btwn the Teins and stock are pretty much the same at (± .1kg/mm) in the rear, but the teins are lower with a 24mm/0.9in" drop.
and the Teins are stiffer at the front at 3.9kg/mm over 2.9kg/mm from stock and a drop of 36mm/1.4in".

so having a set of sport suspension springs in the rear is not all that much different from the teins except that the Teins have a lower drop.

a few examples:

jwell's car (ST) (stock non-sport suspension)

My car (sport suspension rear/tein front)

Tech9ine's car (Teins on all 4)
