I used to be abel to keep up with my friend when he has his plain civic EX, but he's doing a type R swap (JDM) so he'll be skooting along nicely.. So I was just wondering how well the 5SFE can keep up with a B16B?? and no I'm not some idiot street racer, I'm a 22yo university student who wants to bug the **** out of his friend because he owns a torqueless car HAHAHAH! biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

and BTW I have been drinkign tonight if there are any grammar errors.

yes, that is correct, he is doing a JDM Civic Type R swap, this means it's the B16B motor which has approx, 175 crank hp and around 118 lb-ft of trq. and a 8900 redline. It's basically a racing engine, strong lightweight internals.

I didnt think the 5SFE would be much competition, but with the 3SGTE, thats another story owned.gif

The B16B is rated at 185hp @ 8200.
