This is a noob question, is it clockwise or counter to increase the idle on the 3sgte

okay well i will explain my idle to u, it idles fine for like 30 secs, then misses once and drops to 700 from 850, then goes back up
but if I hold the gas really easy at like lets say 900 it doesn't miss at all, any ideas |
