yea im only getting 21 mpg and im wondering how can i raise it up?

With my st coupe on 89 on an all highway trip, fill up before leaving and light coming on and off under a quarter mark I got 470mi on a tank... for daily driving on mine i get between 410-450 depending on city:highway ratios and 89 or 93 usage. I guess I should consider myself lucky cause I know my spark plugs are WAY due, small oil leaks, and 164xxx miles on the engine. I always keep my tires at 32(or try to at least) but I never switch gears under 3k, most of the time I'm downshifting to 3rd from 5th to get a little boost before redline to get around a slowpoke doing the speed limit or 5 over.... :-)
