Nova Scotia legislature has just yestersday passed a law that bans smoking in vehicles when there are persons under the age of 18 present. Please comment as we are having quite a virulent debate over this at work (Radio-Canada / CBC). Here is a link (not very complete) to the new amendment to the Motor Vehicle Act in Nova Scotia:

If we can't smoke in confined spaces, does this mean I can smoke in my converible with the top down? jk I don't smoke cigarettes, I only smoke Hondas. jk again, they smoke me
