yea im only getting 21 mpg and im wondering how can i raise it up?

I'm wondering what/how the weather affects mileage myself. When I bought my ST in July, I was averaging 400 miles to a tank, mostly highway but it was stop and go commuter traffic. Within the last month or so I've done the Seafoam treatment, replaced my fuel filter, changed the oil (put in synthetic blend), oil filter, spark plugs (to NGK platinum), cap & rotor and air filter. Still need to do the wires, I know. But since it's gotten cold (about 35 when I leave in the morning, maybe 40 tops at night when I leave work) I'm averaging like 360 a tank. Kinda disappointing.
Would cleaning the throttle body help any with this, ya think? --------------------  |
