Hey guys, I was thinking about finally getting a 4 chan amp for the component speakers but I'm just a little concerned about the celicas electrical system. My headlights already dim a little bit from the mono amp and having a huge cap isnt helping either, but will the electrical system hold up if i added another amp? Im really not looking forward to having to replace the alt or having any other problems... any suggestions would be great

ok well lets start at the begining i wouldnt waste my money on a yellow top the are very over rated, i would go to walmart and buy the 1000cca everstart maxx batt for the front, i know that the batt will hold fine with about 100-110 amps or so when you are at idle or driving, and if you want to get another batt i would go get a marine g31, i say this because i am pulling 2500 watts off the stock system with these batts and when i am driving the voltage is never lower than 13 but at just idle will fall to 12.2 or mb a lil higher, or i would try to get a kenetik batt because they put out really good power. also i would look into redoing all of the ground wires under the hood as that really helps the voltage, i know i had about a .4 voltage incress over all after doing this. also if there is anything over 12-1500 watts of total power i would look into 1/0ga wire 4ga just wont cut it at these levels sorry if i rambled or missed anything
