 Blowed somthing, OH BOY |

Well i blew something during the turbo install it looking as if I got a hole in a piston or a blown head gasket. So now my cousins goign to break it down so what shoule i do should i keep the turbo setup or what?

the exhaust manifold didnt sit up right and the gasket didnt meet well.....and yes i know its there casue i took the valve cover off and my cousin whos a mechanic checked it and its blowing smoke out around the pistons!
