Well i blew something during the turbo install it looking as if I got a hole in a piston or a blown head gasket. So now my cousins goign to break it down so what shoule i do should i keep the turbo setup or what?

Piston rings aren't really that much money.
First off, not to nag or anything, but before you did a turbo setup...I would've had that checked out. I would've had the whole eengine gone over...but a piston ring isn't too hard...just gotta take apart the block man...little manual labor never heart anyone. See if you can get TopEnd to get you some gapless pistons rings and forged pistons... Also...while you're already ripping apart you engine...replace anything else you see that might have some wear in it.
