Ive made the switch from windows to linux a few weeks ago. I love it. Its nice having a super secure system that looks better then xp and is totally free. Here are a few pics.

To me... it's a MEGA-nerd OS. The kind of OS where you have to work extra hard to find drivers and software... but hey. You're a mega-nerd... you can program your own...
