Well i blew something during the turbo install it looking as if I got a hole in a piston or a blown head gasket. So now my cousins goign to break it down so what shoule i do should i keep the turbo setup or what?

Shop will charge that much cuz they're charging you for their lunch break...just kidding. They are smoking you right there...cuz they know you have no clue what kind of labor is involved. If I were you, I'd go to that shop again and ask them exactly what is involved...and gather information form here. so you know the exact process. Then go to a different shop and tell them exactly what you will need done...the variance in pricing is amazing for someone who doesnt know squat about the job being performed and a person that knows how it's done.
Better yet, gather as much information and do it yourself. Just don't have all your buddies over...I can see it now... "No, we don't need the pistons rings in for now...let's take them out to make sure that's the problem and start it up.
