I know that CV joints give out when the boot goes. After that clicking or clunking sound is made when accelerating or turning while accelerating. My case is weird though, mine makes a sound Only SOMETIMES when I turn on my right side and I have to be really moving slow like getting out of a parking space. I never hear it on regular moving turns like in residential only on very very slow turning. What could that be?

Best way to diagnose is to lift that side of the car and look at/physically feel it. A "clunk" can be any part of the suspension that moves.
