Hi
New to this forum today ![]() If I take the green rubbers of the bulbs so that the needles glow white, would painting the top of the needles with red translucent paint work ok to make them light up red? Cheers mattCelicaSR |

This may be after the fact but I thought I'd add my 2¢ - I bought red glass paint from Micheal's and found that you can actually apply a reasonable amount of pressure to the needles but of course do NOT pull them up! Take your time, use a soft brush and apply several layers so when you plug back in they don't light up washed out and unevenly coated. Make sure they're dry before reinstalling or they may stick to the little black pin thing they rest against when not in use!
