i got a 94 celica that i wrecked and i want to buy an oem-style carbon fiber hood. what is a good brand though? i know VIS has a nice one but it's like $560. what about some of the ones that are in the $400's? but if i have to get the VIS one i will because i only plan on doing this once. myabe someone who has one on their car could let me know the brand and how it fits? cuz i want it to fit perfectly because im very particular about that kind of stuff....

Good idea going with VIS. I received the parts in a timely manner all of which were flawless. Keep in mind like any kind of body panel alignment is needed to make it look and fit right. Whether it be loosening the fenders a bit and moving them. Be sure to check out your damage though. The front end of Celicas dont have much support, mostly all sheet metal style bracing. More than likely it is bent, to save some time and headaches diagnose your alignment problem first before committing to slap on the hood.
