How do I get off my existing washer nozzles on my 95 GT so I can put these LED ones in?

Well is it ok if I just cut the wire off or something? The previous owner of my car put them in, and I am really ignorant in these matters. I've been trying to get them off, just see the wires go down into a well and say screw it.
