I have a 1994 celica 1.8L st manual what kind of fluid do i use for the trans gear or trans fluid

i just rebuilt my entire engine and cleaned it up and painted it and when idiling the trans makes a scraping sound until i hold down the clutch then it will go away untill i let off the clutch again
