I needed a new low beam bulb so I just decided to replace all the headlight bulbs at once. I picked up some Cool Blues for the lows and Silvania Silverstars for the highs.
I noticed a big difference, I rarely have to use my high beams anymore, and if I do use the, the silverstars do a nice lighting job.

Just thought I'd let you guys know, in case you ever need new headlight bulbs that both of these companies make good bulbs.

I'm Happy! biggrin.gif

be carefull in CA i know some one that got a ticket for having blue headlights or a "bluish color to them" officer said he was impersonating a police officer... BS but ya get the point so save yourself 3 hours at court and dont do this in CA frown.gif its a big bummer...

Fortunately, Sylvania bulbs are all DOT approved and legal in all 50 states. If you show that to the officer when pulled over, you shouldn't get a ticket, and if you do, it will get dropped in court.

You've gotta be careful with non-DOT-approved bluish bulbs though, as you could end up like me with a $171 ticket for impersonating a police officer, or get stopped for a couple hours and have your car searched and stuff.
