Hi guys, first real post here for me as a newbie!
Anyway, i thinking about getting a fuel pressure regulator on my GT but not really sure of the potential gain. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with these things, do they work? How well? any recommended brands and how do they affect fuel economy? Any thoughts or suggestions would be great! Thanks -------------------- |

upgrading a fuel pressure regulator is only needed if you need more fuel pressure than the stock regulator allows for. done to support other mods like larger injectors for added boost. so to answer your question. you don't need to upgrade your stock one, you wont benefit from it.

I have one fitted to my 7a. But thats only coz it's going in for a turbo conversion next week and I also have Walbro fuel pump. I will also be fitting bigger injectors. For the money, save it and do a more appropriate mod. |
