OK so it wasn't on the Celi, but my Pops ran ova a deer the other day in the Sienna Van. Luckly the crash bar in the front saved the radiator and engine from total damage. The hood and headlight on the other hand wasn't too lucky.
For most of you guys that ditched ur bar for the looks of tat body kit. Hopefully you wont suffer too much damage or none in the near future. |

I was offered £130 delivered from a breakers, but the deal I'm now doing is with a celica-club member for £80, + petrol money to meet up and collect. How much are you paying for these parts in the US?
There's this guy in England who imports GT4s, drives them round for a few weeks then breaks them up for parts. Perhaps there is a market for this over there? |

How much are you paying for these parts in the US? There's this guy in England who imports GT4s, drives them round for a few weeks then breaks them up for parts. Perhaps there is a market for this over there? My god that's a travesty. Why would he part out perfectly good working GT4's when there are so many people world wide that want one so bad? There is always a market for GT4 parts here. I would say that you should check with Toyota World here in Houston and see if your guy can undercut the prices on popular parts by enough that even with shipping to NA it would still be cheaper and you could still make a profit. Might have yourself a good little business right here if you tried. -------------------- ENGINE: '93 RC 3S-GTE/WRC CT-20b [18-20PSI] PERF: TRD/HKS/ARP/NGK/MSD/ACT/Blitz/STRI/APEX'i/TwosRus/GReddy/Magnaflo/KOYO SUSP: Tein/Bilstein/SusTech/ INT: SS-III SEATS/Toyota Hyper Sports EXT: WRC/TRD/404 Its a safety feature so that people like you don't end up killing themselves or everyone around them. Why would he part out perfectly good working GT4's when there are so many people world wide that want one so bad? That's exactly what I thought when I found out, but it seems the component parts of a GT4 are worth considerably more than the car itself. Well, if anyones interested I could send out the GT4 crash bar and the two brackets to the USA for £250 ($485, the exchange rate isn't good for UK -> USA trade) (subject to the parts weighing what I guess they do, will stick them on a scale this weekend) GT4 bonnet and bumper would be too large to send. If you're after any other GT4 bits, I can quote for you. Addition: This can only be stock GT4 parts that will be sitting on the cars at the breakers. Also big things are out, like bonnets and bumpers. I don't have any ties or contacts so I can't get cheap stuff, just what will be at the breakers yards.
