sounds like the brakes are lightly scraping the disks cant hear when going fast since wind noise but when you hvae the window down and going pretty slow you can hear it a bit,

there should be a pin that sticks along side your pads. if it touchs the rotor it will make noises. that's a sign that you need new pads. that or you can just take them out. but check on the pin. and blast the rotor and pads with brake cleaner.
