Go read the stickies and you'll find out -__-" but depends on your style, you want looks and performance, or you want racing feel but no short shift look?
TRD quickshift is stock stick height but shortens the throw by 35-40% for the racers who need to get to the shifter and shift immediately and get their hand back to the wheel.
the TWM short-shifter reduces 35% throws and provides a 1-2" drop on the stick however is not as smooth as the TRD shifter, and is ony the shifter whereas the trd one is the entire assembly.
However I would advise to just spray some white lithium grease and it'll fix your problem of shifting smoothly however it is a bit rough and difficult to shift into first and reverse from neutral.
Price-wise, the TRD one is more expensive than the TWM one.
