well this is my first post. and i jsut recently got a 95 toyota celica st liftback. it is currently stock except for a air intake and exuast muffler. aint much but i am looking for MORE power. i have been looking all areound for a dang turbo manifold for my car. i cant find one anywhere. so what i have been thinking af doing is getting a car that has a turbo and taking the manidfold off it and just cutting mine and taht one adn combing them together. would that work? or does anyone know where i can find a manifold for it? also how close are the manifolds for the 2.2 ,2.0 and the 1.8? is there any other style of cars i can get a turbo manifold from?

no the honda flows alot better then the log style and gives you a little more torque .the reasone the honda manifold works better is that the runners are a equal length to the collector , that also helps with the torque , you also are able to run a external wastegate , and that helps control boost better than a internal . you can try to run a external wastegate on a log style ,but it does not exhaust the best unless you are able to put it in the middle of the colletor area of the log manifold. biggrin.gif hope that helps to clear that up wink.gif
