i love seafoam, Car runs sooooo much smoother. Options

So back in the summer when we bought sarah's car we seafoamed it out at my buddies place...made her car run sooo much better *has almost 200xxxMiles on it*, and at that time i bought a can of it for my car. I never got around to using it untill a day ago. I had some ticking coming from my head *think it was some carbon built up on on the valve seat beacuse i was burning some oil too. Any ways, i used it yesterday, 5 min after using it, no more tick, idel is much more constant, runs smooth as silk now. My idel use to jump around the 700-800 mark..now it sits perfectly at 750.

I seriously recomend using it. We are selling some other stuff at my work that does the same thing with an oil treatment for $66, go out and spend the $8 on a can and buy some seafoam.

is there different brands of seafoam or is it the brand named seafoam? Could I get this at crappy tire or should you go to your part guy/store? I should really use it, i have like 160ish kms on it but im starting to think that it may be miles :S so thats quite a bit of km's! i got the cars vin looked up here at toyota cause we know someone there and they said it was never registered in canada...and the gauges are aftermarket and in miles....i too wouldnt mind a write up if anyone had it cause i dont want to mess anything up either.

this is what i used 2.5 years ago when i did my 1st tune up... not sure which is better though btwn this and seafoam but this does the same thing.. it's $3-$4 a can at PartsSource.. not sure if CrappyTire has 'em. but i know Wal-Mart does. i've been around many autoparts stores and never did i see this 'seafoam' anywhere.. hmm.. but i'll keep looking

now that everybody know how to use it, i'd recommend doing this on the hwy and after the engine sucks up all the liquid from the can, drive at a relatively high rpm steadily to help clean out the cylinders and exhaust system better. at night would be ideal, since no one will really see the smoke and think your car is f'ed up and give you weird stares. i've also read that it's best to do this right before a tune up, not after.. cuz it's not good for your spark plugs.
