fuel injectors at 5 psi, necessary?

The 5sfe injectors are 210cc/min and the 7mge ones are 330cc/min.

Can someone do the math for the HP max I dont know how it works. From almost everything I have ever read you max out the 5s ones at 160hp. That is why most people with heavly modded 5sfe's sometimes complain that it feels like the engine has topped out. They maxed out the injectors. Im not sure if the 160 is crank or not but thats just what I have been told.
