i love seafoam, Car runs sooooo much smoother. Options

So back in the summer when we bought sarah's car we seafoamed it out at my buddies place...made her car run sooo much better *has almost 200xxxMiles on it*, and at that time i bought a can of it for my car. I never got around to using it untill a day ago. I had some ticking coming from my head *think it was some carbon built up on on the valve seat beacuse i was burning some oil too. Any ways, i used it yesterday, 5 min after using it, no more tick, idel is much more constant, runs smooth as silk now. My idel use to jump around the 700-800 mark..now it sits perfectly at 750.

I seriously recomend using it. We are selling some other stuff at my work that does the same thing with an oil treatment for $66, go out and spend the $8 on a can and buy some seafoam.

ok so i couldn't find the spray anywhere around here, just the bottled additive that you add to a tank of gas. but i need some suggestions. i just got a few things and wondering what order would be best to complete them in.
a) 4 quarts castrol syntec 10w-30 oil (thought i'd give it a try, it was on sale..) & mobile 1 oil filter
b) seafoam bottled additive to clean out the injectors and the entire engine
c) new air filter because its been a long ass time since i've replaced it and i'm not going CAI until this summer when the swap gets done.

so... do i change my oil first? or use the seafoam? because won't the filter get clogged w/all the dirty particles the seafoam is gonna be breaking down... causing me to have dirty synthetic oil? yea don't want that. ideas? thanks.

put the seafoam in first. there isn't a spray, it just comes in a bottle. what you do is put 1/3 of it in some container like a plastic cup and then take a vacuum hose leading to the intake manifold that has vacuum and suck 1/3 of it into there. then you're supposed to put 1/3 in the gas tank and 1/3 in the oil. but I'd recommend against putting it in the oil. anyway, change the oil like 15 or 20 miles after you put the seafoam through. the air filter can be changed before or after. read the instructions on the back of the seafoam container to learn how to use it correctly.
