I got a blue lighted switch to hook up for some lights in my speakers. The only problem is that I'm not sure where to wire the positive and negative for the switch. It's a 12volt, 16A switch. I don't have any empty fuse slots, that I'm aware of. Except maybe the one labeled FOG, cause I don't have fog lights (although it's wired for fogs, there aren't actually any there). Would that be a good spot for power? Any suggestions? Oh, and the switch is gonna be about 3 inches from the fuse box under the dash. there was a piece i could pop out and put something else in, so thats where the switch is going

Buy an add-a-fuse mini and install it on any of your other light fuses. This device looks sort of like a fuse and will actually take the place of one fuse and add two slots [one for the original fuse] for fuses. The second fuse position has a pigtail wire coming out that you would use to power [12v] the lights you are adding. Do a search on here for the add-a-fuse mini and you will see what I'm talking about. One post, in particular, that I am thinking of even has a picture of the device hooked up.
As for the ground - there are a number of metal [chasis grounded] spots right there around the fuse panel that you could use. Just add a wire with a ring clamp on it so that it doesn't come out on you down the road. BTW - the (-) terminal on that switch is most liekly just the ground for the status light on the switch itself and therefore is not completely necessary [but might as well hook it up so that everything works as designed and you have an indication when the lights are on]
Hope this helps
