 Question about Ebay headers |

I'm considering buying one of these in a few weeks, and I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this header. Would you recommend it? What kind of gains/improvements did you notice? How does this affect gas mileage? Would I have any problems passing inspection? As far as protection, would you recommend wrapping or painting with high temp paint (I'd like to make it black to match the rest of my engine bay, if possible)? i have that exhaust header i thot would work for a 96 camry with a 5sfe but way wrong, eh 40$ doesnt really matter, but my friends celica gt we're waiting to put it in there soon, so i'll let ya'll know if it works out fine... i have a feeling it may not be worth it, but will see..
