I have been contemplating on what to were to the interview. I mean its autozone. Should I dress up? Or should I keep it casual? Well the interview is right after class, so I won't have time to go home and change. What should I expect to be asked at the interview? Kind of nervous. Haven't had a job that I wanted this bad. All the other jobs I've had were basically handed to me.

Dude, if your jeans are nice then your okay.
If they are DARK jeans wear a LIGHT button up dress shirt TUCKED IN!! If they are LIGHT jeans wear a DARK buton up dress shirt TUCKED IN!! And eitherway, DONT do somthing stupid with the collar, button up 1 (or 2 depending on how far apart the buttons are) from the top, (roll up the sleeves though, if it's with jeans) look like a GOOD, DECENT guy who has MANNERS and knows plenty of things about CARS without being some kind of JUNKIE! show that you have INTEGRITY and RESPECT and that your LAID BACK, because nobody like a speed fiend. (off the track at least ) show that your more INTELEGENT than a good dresser, and wearing a polo shirt or PREFERABLY A BUTTON UP will show that you have a sense of uniform to adhear to an upstanding community. AND DONT KILL IT ON THE F-ING COLONGUE!! i've fired guys for that... Think about what a (not being raciest, but the best way to describe) middle aged white guy from a family of auto techs and ranchers would want to see. BC, that is the autozone way; lol. really though, that is the best way to stereotype what an auto store manager should be in the eyes of his superiors. this is not absolute, it's just a FREAKING FANTASTIC GUIDELINE!! And if you played sports, mention that under achivements.... lol. (but not auto-sports, 6gc.net, or myself, does not endorse learning auto-sports on the road!!) Thats what abandoned fields and vacant industrial lots are for -------------------- QUOTE (presure2 @ Nov 6, 2010 - 6:16 AM) Via FB: fcuking awsome!!! D-man FTW! Damn D-Man - most impressive. D-Man's post should be a sticky LOL, oh boy, you can always count on D-Man for ridiculously hilarious posts. |
