i was taking out the radiator a few minutes ago (i dont need it) so i decided to take a pair of snips and just cut part of it, as soon as i snipped, it starting spraying out clear mist, its been going on and its been 5 minutes. its in my garage now and i left the door open so it goes outside. but what can it be? it dosent smell toxic

so did anyone have an answer for the kid? I don't know it myself, but I'm also not talking junk at him either.
