hey guys.
As some of you know, my car is about to get boosted. I just wanted to know what pager alarms you guys use? What do you think of the ebay specials? Cheers. |

QUOTE(FunkySR @ Mar 13, 2008 - 7:46 PM) i've decided to go to the one that most of you use. I will not cheap out on an alarm. (2WFM9000-AS) Thanks so much for your help. Also, this alarm is great and all, but the wiring on it is just insane and way too complex. I advise you to get a professional to do the install. I'm not sure if its possible to find a wire diagram from a member on thsi site, but my mechanic friend had to figure out all the wires himself, he spent nearly half a day on my car alone doing the install--atleast he did a great job. However, i'm not sure if azian_advanced has this problem but when i got my alarm installed, my mechanic friend told me that the wiring system only runs through one primary circuit or route or w/e its called therefore, when your car is being obstructed, it'll only show as your window is being obstructed and not your door/wheel/etc. wherever your alarm can view which part of your car is being hit. It's not too much of a biggy anyway, also if u have trouble with ur auto-start, pm me because there's this thing called "auto-mode" (if u purchase the canadian version w/ the 1000ft range) that will intercept with the auto-start feature, and i'm not sure if the solution was shown in the manual but I had to get a friend who had the same alarm show me how.
