 shifting problems |

when i try to sift to 2nd or 4 gear it wont lock the stick goes in but the gears r in neutral, even have troubles putting it in reverse, ill try to back up (from a stop) the gears grind and pops it n to neutral.....is this a clutch problem or throw berrings r bushings or tranny? or any

a friend told me that my sycronizer is going out...does this sound right?
