I have just bought this 94 GT liftback Celica for cheap and the previous owner had dented the passenger side fender. They got a replacement, but it looks terrible, but it wasn't bad enough for me not to buy the car. Also, the front bumper (original) doesn't look properly seated. I'm thinking that they had to take the bumper off in order to put the replacement fender on, and then didn't put the bumper back correctly. Can I get new replacements from Toyota and how would I do that? I will try to post a picture of the bumper/fender tomorrow.

maybe they just didn't put all the bolts back in when putting the bumper back on (yes it does need to come off when replacing a fender). here's a wrire-up on how to remove a front bumper which may help you"

EDIT: you can also get OEM parts off ebay for pretty cheap. fenders are around $180 with shipping, I don't remember how much bumpers are, but I know they have them (the 94-95 style at least, if you're planning future body modifications, you might want to look into getting a GT-four bumper and hood, or a 96-99 bumper, just look around this site for pictures.
