I want to get one but not sure which type to get. I believe from the ones pictured below, the first is water cooled and the other is air cooled.
Which is best? For the water cooled one, I assume the oil filter now goes on that silver core - would I have to start using 7th gen Celica filters since the kit below is for a 7th gen? I plan on custom fitting it. -------------------- |

I plan on custom fitting it. the first is basicly an improved version of the stock oil cooler that comes on most 5s' ect. (nice find BTW, got a link?) if you dont have the plumming for it already, i would just use the aftermarket style cooler, just be sure that the sandwich plate you use has a thermostat in it, so that it bypasses the cooler when oil is not yet up to temp and cold mornings. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)
