my radiator has a crack in it. has any on had this to them on there car before??? if so what did you do???

there is no such thing as a "fix-in-a-can" additive for a radiator crack. save your money and put it on replacing your radiator. if you replace eveything you should have to spend around 300$ (someone will correct me if i'm wrong wink.gif ). that includes the radiator, hoses (save yourself more trouble down the road--REPLACE THEM !!!), clamps (always spend the 10$--peace of mind), new thermostat (very optional but while you're in there replace it) and fresh new coolant (you'll probably void the new rad's warranty if you don't do a flush and fill). any idiot (like me !!!) can do the job in an afternoon with a minimum of tools.
