On know how TVS of whatever it is, the throttle body like things right before the block and the intake manifold, opens at about 4k as I read on mr2.com, is there a way to by pass it to make it stay open, I am sure gains can come out of it?

I assume your talking about the T-VIS systems on some 3S equipped models?
There is some debate on that - if you think about why it's there in the first place getting rid of it may just kill low end torque and not really gain anything at all.
Then again wasn't it deleted on later gen 3s's? Maybe research changing out the entire intake system or just trade up to a newer gen motor? All this is just me thinking - I have no experience with T-VIS delete but I have seen where people have done it and I have seen the debates that come up on other forums.

Its a safety feature so that people like you don't end up killing themselves or everyone around them.
