Who's down for a mini meet somewhere dead in the middle of Houston, Austin and San Antonio on I-10? Add yourself to the list and let's start offering suggestions of places. This would just be a day trip - no need for hotels etc.

Why worry about it? If it doesn't make you sick and it tastes good who cares?  But this is what i do man, i see this nasty sh!t all day long. Every day. And i've been a chef / manager (same thing, more expensive restaurant ) for all my years till i got to sit in this office. I know. Although, something that might disturb some of you others; When this chineese place brought in that slicer, i noticed a Cook Book sitting in the rear of their truck. It was tittled "101 ways to Wok your Dog"
