QUOTE(chrisalphonsus @ Apr 23, 2008 - 9:30 PM) can 245/40/18 and a 9 inch wide wheel require a lot of modifications to put on as my car is lowered 1 inch , please help as i might have just got ripped off by someone who vouched it will fit what's the offset? (it should be stamped somewhere on the wheel, usually on the back of the spokes.) it's gonna be hard to fit them. you'd need an offset somewhere around a 25-35, probably about 30. Then, you're wheels are gonna stick outside your fender about 10-20mm so you'll need to roll the fenders. it also might be much easier to fit with a 245/35/18 tire. -------------------- 94 GT - Sold -------- 69 Pontiac Lemans - Sold 88 Alltrac - Sold ---- 04 WRX - Sold 00 GT-S - Sold ------ 91 Miata - project/drift car 95 GT - Sold -------- 96 GT - New Daily Drive |

The offset on the rims I was asking about is 38 if that matters.
