I think I need to replace my wheel bearing "again". This time I will do it myself and get the bearing "pressed" at a shop. So, is it hard to do the job besides the "press"? Any special tools involved?

I got a light "jingle-bell" noise while driving...not rpm dependant, had all brakes replaced 1500 miles ago, the dust boots are not touching anything. Any ideas? When I brake the noise does not stop. It's pretty constant but again no noise at idle.
