umm...
1) my rear drums are squealing. ive cleaned the drums, changed the pads, and other things. what might cause this?
2) where can i find rear disk brakes? and for approximately how much?
3)i want to lower my car. do i needd shocks or can i just buy springs w/o shocks? and do i need s spring compressor to do this?

ps. how do i add those things at the bottom?

#1: Some pads squeal til they get totally seated. Many other possible reasons why as well, but it is probably that they aren't seated totally yet(depending on how long ago you put on the new brake pads)

Partial answer to #2: You'll have to do a rear disk conversion. There's quite a few threads stating what you'll need from a gt. Prices will vary on deals that you can get on the parts.

#3: You can buy just springs, but if you still have stock shocks, might as well replace em while you're in there. A spring compressor will make the job a heck of a lot easier.
