Update: I disabled my WiFi on the PS3 and now I have been playing for 3 hrs problem free. Seems something is up with connecting to the PSN.

I think Rockstar just didn't get rid of ALL the bugs they should have b/c mine froze up earlier today as I was only 1.5 hours into playing it on my 360, but 3 hours yeasterday morning and 3 at night, it had no problem at all..I really hope my copy isn't defective
