Anyone here live close to Harrisberg, PA???, problem with a seller on this board... Options

I dunno if im posting in the right forum...but here goes. I having a problem with a seller on that I sent some money for some springs. He keeps on making excuses as to why he can't send me the springs or my money back. This has been on going since Sept 12th. Any close to Harrisberg, PA?

Okay, i will not be around thursday - tuesday (work related trip), so I will
get them sent to you on my day off as of now is the following friday, though
i'm hopefully trying to get it changed to the wednesday after. I hope this

Got your Money Order, thanks. I'm not going to be able to ship them till
Saturday, since I just received it tonight and I work 7-7 the rest of this
week. But they are definitly going to be on their way saturday. I hope you

take note that they were supposed to be shipped on the 19th but now it has gone to Sat the 27th. Well, After not hearing from you...I simply asked for a tracking number. You didn't reply! I then emailed you on Thurs the Oct 2st if you did indeed ship them as nothing has shown up to my house. You came back saying something about your coilovers being shipped so you are not gonna ship my springs until you get your coilovers...even though I already paid you:

They have definitly been shipped, I called RacingWorks.com today and talked
to the guy (Matt) who called me last thursday and he guaranteed they were
shipped that day. The blitz kit I ordered for the Celica was lost in UPS
shipment, so i'm kind of not trust-worthy on UPS anymore - thats why i'm
kind of just wanting to make sure the Coilovers actually arrive, my gf needs
to drive the car, and right now its on jacks with no struts or nothing
installed, waiting for the coilovers.


so you didn't ship when you were supposed to (twice)and actually didn't plan to until your car was all togehter. I donno, but I don't sell stuff to people, take their money, and then say "wait until I get my stuff in and it works...then ill send you your stuff". I said well...don't worry aboout it... if you send the springs by Friday Oct 3rd...it would be fine if not send me back my money.

To be quite honest, the front struts on the Celica are not stock, they are
some JDM part (has Jap writing on them), and they aren't of stock origin.
The coilover's we have don't fit those front struts, but they do fit the
rear. I'm not going to send them out until the Coilover's are on, for the
fact that I don't have stock springs, and if I can't get my hands on some
KYB struts to replace the ones in front, then i'm going to need to use the
front lowering springs till I get some. They ARE brand new and havent been
used yet, but i'm trying to save my ass from not having a car all winter, a
back up plan you could call it.

I kind of feel bad since I did not expect this to happen at all. I figured
all the struts were going to be okay, and that i'd have a buyer waiting on
my Lowering Springs so that I could send them when I got my Coilover's
installed, well the two front struts are different so now I have to get two
new ones, but I can get them locally in the next day or so for 160$/pair.

I'm not trying to **** you, i've sold items to people with no problems
before, this just wasnt expected. I know (as in met and they live locally)
a few people on 6GC if you want some contact names so that you can get a
second source saying i'm not f#$@*uin anyway, i'll be happy to name
them. I just dont want to get stranded.

I said don't worry about it...keep the springs and send me back my money. You said you were gonna use the springs and then send them to me after you get your problem solved...no..thats no right...I paid for new springs as you said they were...now you want to give the springs after you have used them and when you get your suspension problems solved...when was that gonna be?

Do what you want on the internet, I could really careless. Keep threatening
me and spamming my email and I won't send you a thing. I don't really care
what you think the situtation is, I've already told you how it is. Have
patience, i'm not telling you again that i'm not ****ing you, but your
beginning to annoy me and i'm on the verge of doing so. I have no problem
sending your money back, but some of us work all day. I got ****ed by a
company and now I have to sit and wait and the last thing I want to do is
hear the threats and everything else from you.

That was the last I heard from you...I never sent you excess emails or anything...just asking for info as you have never followed your word. Take note people that this has been ongoing since Sept 12th and today is Oct 19th and I still don't have springs or my money. So I don't where you come off saying I started spamming you email after one week??? That was not the case...so tell the truth. Patience...I think I have been very patient.

I never spammed your email...I just asked for information as to what was going on. You lied saying you sent them when you really didn't, gave me excuses as to why I didn't get them, and then tried reassuring me I wasn't getting screwed. Yeah, well words are nice...but you actions spoke for you.

Next time you sell something...make sure you can deliver. Your so-called problems should not have been made mine. You need to tell people the sitiuation before they send you their money and not make false promises!!!

Guess we will see if you actually sent my money back...
