The forum software has been upgraded and is now in a usable state, so it's back online. I'm still working on it, and may have it down later tonight for a little while, but for now, let me know what you think.
By the way, expect most of the old features (reputation system, etc.) to be coming back very soon. I'm back to work. Enjoy! And let me know if you find problems.

Also, reply notices to PMs should be working now, so if you reply to a PM, a dot should appear letting you know you've replied to it.
