Well Saturday I was cruising 410 in San Antonio w/my friend, putting miles on the Integra I built Friday, at about 75. Wasn't speeding, racing, or putting any unnecessary stress on my car at the time. Well an incline came alone and my slushbox decides it needs to down shift. So I'm going up a hill at about 4.5K rpm. and i hear this quiet tapping start. then it slowly gets louder. I call up my friend real quick and tell him i blew my engine, so we pull over at the next exit. I top off my oil and we decide to go back to where we were staying that weekend. 10-15 miles away. So I drive back. Tapping slowly getting worse. So by the time I get into the Garage I'm stuck w/ this:

Thats how my car sounds when im driving down the road. I can feel it and hear it from underneath. CV boots still good with no tears. If anyone has an idea what it is pls feel free to PM me ..thanks
