this is the filter i just bought for my celi, do you have to oil it like a regular cone filter? or just put it on and rinse the sponge all the time. also is there a place where i can a new sponge for it when it goes bad. any information on this product would be great. thanks.

I have this in my car, actually the same R1 brand too but i have the dual filter version, meh it looked cool haha.
Anyway, I just take it off and wash it through with a hose then dry it with a blowdryer. And no, i don't think you need to oil it. This post has been edited by _mikeE: May 17, 2008 - 1:22 AM |
