every single aftermarket cd player i've had in a 6gc have all had a gap on the left side. it's not much of a gap but still. it's there
for example

hardly noticeable on this pic but much more noticeable in this pic


can you see the slight gap? what's the easiest way to get rid of this? i just don't know how to start. maybe get a small washer and install it on the right hand side?

does anyone else have the same issue?

try buying a real housing installation kit. Best Buy = $20... Probably like $10 at your local stereo shop. Cheaper still at a flea market (but good luck getting the right one laugh.gif )
