Hi!
I have power windows (as all of us?) and when i what the driverside down the window goes all the way down even if I don't hold the button. That is nice! But my problem/question is that i want the same function for the window going up and for the passager side aswell.

Has anyone made this modification? Does anyone know how the window know when it's up so that the windowengine don't burn out?

/Johan

All you need is a nice current sensor to detect when you hit something hard, like the stops smile.gif . I have been chewing on this for a while, and as an EE I was actually going to use a Micro. The real trick, and why don't see it widespread yet, is pinch control, which is the really dangerous part of auto up, but I have a few ideas on how to do that.....

It will take him a moment to realize that he's about to make a 180 degree turn at speed, but you will be ready for it. Brace for the g's, and fast heel-toe work.

qatar11 I think there is a much simpler option than that, you already have the option of going auto-down, its just a matter of "auto-down" but send the Voltage the otherway, that way you dont have to install another current sensor. I might have a few tricks to make it work...Ill look into it more when my swap is done.
