 Suspension question, need help |

I'm Planning on changing all suspension underneath the car. I'm having trouble knowing the names of the things that I need, so i thought asked for some help.
I'm thinking of buying swaybars and most of the things connected to it to improve my handling. can you guys please help me on finding out what things I need to buy? maybe a list of performance parts will be great. |

replace all bushings.........
or do what tiga did........get rid of back seat and throw hella lot of bars  garantee can take turns at like 100mph 
-------------------- I don't normally drive fast, but when I do its on a curvy section of this island
