OK,
YES I KNOW THIS ISNT A 6GC BUT I THOUGHT ID ASK.... TO START OFF, MOST OF YALL KNOW MY CAR IS TOTALLED AND I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR CELICAS IN THE AREA THAT I CAN BUY, BUT HTE MORE I LOOK INTO IT, I WOULD RATHER HAVE AN MR2... So the coice for the engine is the 5sgte... mainly becaues its bigger displacement and the walls are thicker, coolant passages are routed differently but still join up, thicker passages and no weak spot between cyl head 2 and 3.... this means i can boost high, run nitrous and race gas without much worry of cracking the block! yay! Ok so im getting an MR2 for a project car and have big plans for it!
just wondering what yall thought of this car? http://houston.craigslist.org/car/713866769.html im thinkin more of 700 to 1100 absolute max..... keep in mind its a 5sfe with 200+k on it and windows dont work with one down.... bad part is i live in a terrible part of houston now and cant leave crap in my car... should i hold out for a t top or see how low she'll go? kbb is 700 trade in in fair condition and hers is in terrible shape.... |
