OK,
YES I KNOW THIS ISNT A 6GC BUT I THOUGHT ID ASK.... TO START OFF, MOST OF YALL KNOW MY CAR IS TOTALLED AND I HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR CELICAS IN THE AREA THAT I CAN BUY, BUT HTE MORE I LOOK INTO IT, I WOULD RATHER HAVE AN MR2... So the coice for the engine is the 5sgte... mainly becaues its bigger displacement and the walls are thicker, coolant passages are routed differently but still join up, thicker passages and no weak spot between cyl head 2 and 3.... this means i can boost high, run nitrous and race gas without much worry of cracking the block! yay! you don't see any good condition often anymore. They are usually rusted, frame damage, and body parts not lining up. I do prefer the t top better though, fun in the sun. Well good luck with the search and project!
