This is assuming you have taken off your door skin...

Tools: screwdrivers, socket wrench, 10mm and 12mm deep socket

IPB Image
The bolts holding on the regulator and motor are circled

IPB Image
First you want to line up these holes by moving your window up and down
take these bolts (10mm) off and your window will slide out the top, you have to tilt the side connected to the car down to get the window stopper out.

IPB Image
Unbolt the top bolts (10mm) and slide these out

IPB Image
Unbolt the bottom bolts (10mm) slide this off, then remove the nut (12mm) underneath it.

IPB Image
Disconnect the motors wires, you have to unclip it from the car shown with the arrow, and disconnect if from the other clip. After that remove the three bolts holding the motor in.

IPB Image
Now the entire assembly will tilt and slide out the main hole in the door panel.

Replacement part

IPB Image
Remove these two bolts and the metal bracket they hold on.

IPB Image
With the cover removed you can use a flat screwdriver to pry the old pully off the motor

Installation is reverse of removal wink.gif

IPB Image
Once you have the motor and regulator back in, connect your window switch up and move the regulator up or down till these holes line up. Reinstall the window. Dont Tighten these bolts up all the way yet, leave enough for the window to move around.

IPB Image
Roll the window up and tighten them all the way using these service holes and the window should be lined up correctly. Just dont break your window tightening the bolts too much.

Install the door skin and your done

my cable is broke so that means i have to replace to whole arm with cables 100$ bucks i dont have....but still good how to

look thru the junkyards if ya can..i had a regulator for sale as i did this exact procedure, but i sold it to another member.

i bought the window, regulator, and switch for $65 at a pick-a-part. if ya have anything similar close by, i'd recommend it as it is summer and a quick fix will probably last ya a while until you can afford the new part. (the regulator alone was only $25)
